Academic Core is the alternative to Wikipedia and is a more reliable source of information for scholars and researchers alike. This filter option give you the ability to review information about a given topic without delving into peer viewed published articles or books. Thus it be utilized like a scholarly Wikipedia and used as such in your research, therefore it should be used as a supplement for context.

Navigating CREDO Reference

Step 1: Set the range of the publication year for the articles you wish to appear in the results

Step 2: Select "Academic Core" as this will ensure only academic articles appear. If, applicable, select the subject of the research you are doing.
