Alliance of Baptists Churches: Founded in 1987, membership is estimated to be 35,000 in 142 churches (2016).

American Baptist Association: Founded in 1905, membership is estimated to be 146,820 across 766 churches (2020).

American Baptist Churches in the USA: Founded in 1814, 1,259,804 across 4,790 churches (2020).

Confessional Baptist Association (Association of Reformed Baptist Churches of America): Founded in 1997, membership is estimated to be 7,000 across 59 churches (2016).

Baptist General Convention of Texas: Founded in 1848, membership is estimated to be 2,440,815 across 5,318 churches (2016).

Venture Church Network (Conservative Baptist Association of America): Founded in 1947, membership is estimated to be 200,000 across 1,100 congregations (2016).

Converge Worldwide: Founded in 1852, membership is estimated to be 260,000 in 1,289 (2016).

Cooperative Baptist Fellowship: Founded in 1991, membership is estimated to be 1,000,000 across 1,800 churches (2016).

Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International: Founded in 1994, membership is estimated to be 138,354 across 817 churches (2020). 

General Association of General Baptists: Founded in 1823, membership is estimated to be 33,916 across 114 churches (2020). 

National Association of Free Will Baptists: Founded in 1935, membership is estimated to be 156,895 across 1,930 churches (2020).

National Baptist Convention of America International, INC.: Founded in 1895, membership is estimated to be 225,776 across 389 churches (2020). 

National Baptist Convention, USA, INC.: Founded in 1895, membership is estimated to be over 5,000,000 across over 10,000 churches (2020). 

National Missionary Baptist Convention of America: Founded in 1988, membership is estimated to be 2,428,820 across 7,564 churches (2020). 

National Primitive Baptist Convention, USA: Founded in 1907: membership is estimated to be 600,000 across 1,565 churches (2002). Accurate numbers are not able to be found with The Association of Religion Data Archives estimating membership to be 35,426 across 130 churches (2020).

North American Baptist Conference: Founded in 1865, membership is estimated to be 65,000 across 410 churches (2014).

Old Regular Baptists: Founded in 1825, membership is estimated to be 15,218 in 326 churches (1995). This denomination has sub denominations and is not a united group. 

Original Free Will Baptist Convention: Founded in 1961, membership is estimated to be 23,490 across 226 churches (2020).

Primitive Baptists: Founded in 1827, membership is estimated to be 50,000 across 1,600 churches (2000). This "denomination" believes in the autonomy of the congregation and thus does not have a denomination administration.

Progressive National Baptist Convention, INC.: Founded in 1961, membership is estimated to be 1,500,000 across 1,362 churches (2024).

Progressive Primitive Baptists: Founded in 1909, membership is unknown across 95 churches (2016). 

Separate Baptists in Christ: Founded in 1877, membership is estimated to be 8,000 across 100 churches (2012).

Seventh Day Baptist General Conference: Founded in 1802, membership is estimated to be 4,512 across 79 churches (2016).

Southern Baptist Convention: Founded in 1845, membership is estimated to be 17,649,040 across 51,379 churches (2020).

Transformation Ministries: Founded in 2006, membership is estimated to be 55,000 across 170 churches (2016).

United American Free Will Baptists: Founded in 1901, membership is unknown across unknown churches. The denomination website states 200,000 members across 2,500 churches, but this data is only found on the church website.

There is no official bible for these denominations, but different churches may prefer one translation over another.
